General description of organisation
Swiss Finance & Property Group AG and its wholly owned subsidiaries Swiss Finance & Property AG and Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG (hereinafter "SFP") is one of Switzerland's largest independent real estate asset managers and an investment advisory firm. The company offers a broad range of real estate products and services to institutional investors and wholesale clients. SFP manages assets of CHF 7.7 billion.
Reason for membership with SSF
SFP is publishing its second ESG report in 2021. This very same year SFP is reporting according to UNPRI for the first time. SFP also became a GRESB Investor Member in 2021. Sustainability is incorporated into all business areas. Whether in the portfolio management of the SF Sustainable Property Fund or in the investment group SFP AST Global Core Property, which enjoys 100 percent GRESB coverage. Thanks to its participation in international frameworks, SFP has made an assessment and set congruent sustainability targets for all business areas.
