This webinar will be the 2nd edition of the SPII Community Webinars. We will provide you with updates on recent SPII activities and allow time for your questions and a discussion around future projects or projects you are working on around impact investing in Switzerland.

In the 2nd edition we will inform about new features on our website, present our latest publication, and give you a sneak peek of an exciting webinar series that is in the making. Afterwards, we leave the stage to SPII affiliates and their projects. There will be room for questions and discussions before the closing note.

Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF) and the Green Fintech Network (GFN) organize a joint in-person event on 16 April 2026 (15:00–17:45 CET, followed by apéro) at ORBIZ Josef in Zurich. The event will explore how emerging technologies such as IoT, satellite imagery and artificial intelligence can strengthen the integrity of carbon markets.

Speakers from Hyphen Global, Open Forest Protocol, Climeworks, Carbonfuture and UBS will share insights on technological solutions for generating and monitoring high-quality carbon removal projects, as well as the role of financial institutions in scaling trustworthy carbon markets. Participants can expect short presentations, a panel discussion and an interactive Q&A.
