General description of organisation
We develop change programs and implement them with your managers. We work with you to develop solutions and concepts, bring in our expertise and enable your organization to implement it sustainably in everyday life. With a clear focus on feasibility, we design and accompany development and solution-finding workshops as well as multi-level qualification programs. As a mentor and coach, we accompany you and your team in the implementation at the workplace.
Reason for membership with SSF
As Gsponer Partners AG, we have made it our goal to change the corporate world in the long term. The topic of ESG is omnipresent – society is changing rapidly and is actively demanding new ways of tackling climate goals or social injustice efficiently, for example. Part of our offering deals precisely with these topics and mechanisms. We already support and accompany financial institutions on the way to making the advice and the offering ESG "suitable". With this membership we would like to show our commitment and actively exchange and live the expertise within the members.
