General description of organisation
The AlphaMundi Group (AMG) is a Geneva-based advisor dedicated to impact investing. AMG has invested USD 120M across 60 SMEs in Latin America and Africa since 2009. AMG has investment teams in Bogota and Nairobi, and a non-profit foundation team in Nairobi. AMG manages the SFDR Art.9 social impact fund SocialAlpha in Luxembourg, the AlphaJiri fund in Mauritius, and various custom investment mandates. AMG is a certified B-Corp and UNPRI signatory and was a first adopter of the Impact Principles and a founding member of SSF, TONIIC Europe, and SFG’s Gender Lens Initiative for Switzerland.
Reason for membership with SSF
The AlphaMundi Group (AMG) was a founding member of SSF. It is a national platform for sustainable investing, a bridge between the country’s different regions, and a neutral industry counterpart for government advocacy. SSF, under the dynamic leadership of its founding CEO, created the first comprehensive mapping of the Swiss sustainable finance market, fostered broader collaboration via working groups, addressed key industry themes in its publications, and raised the country’s profile as a global hub for sustainable finance. AMG is proud to be an active member of SSF.
