Romain Leroy-Castillo, Director Projects

Romain Leroy-Castillo joined Swiss Sustainable Finance as Director Projects in June 2024, after 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining SSF, Romain was consultant for private banks and assets managers in Luxembourg for 10 years, and Managing Director at Credit Suisse, responsible for internal audit of asset management and sustainable investing globally. 

Romain's role at SSF encompasses, among others, the Swiss Sustainable Investment Market Study, the Asset Owner Platform, the rollout of Artificial Intelligence use cases in sustainable finance.

He intervenes as lecturer in different organizations on the topics of sustainability and artificial intelligence. Romain graduated from Sorbonne University (philosophy), SciencesPo Paris (political science), ESCP (business management) and from Oxford University Executive Education (artificial intelligence).
