Katja Brunner, Director Legal & Regulatory

Katja Brunner is Director Legal & Regulatory at Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF) and is responsible for legal aspects and regulatory projects related to sustainable finance.  

Prior to joining SSF, Katja spent almost 20 years in various management and expert positions in the financial sector and has been leading many projects in the area of financial market regulation at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, the Federal Department of Finance FDF, FINMA, in the banking, funds and asset management industry as well as in the consulting industry (Big 4).

Katja graduated in law from the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva. She is an attorney and was admitted to the Geneva State Bar. From the University of Zurich, she obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law.
