Scobag Privatbank was founded in 1968 as a family office. In 1986, Scobag obtained bank status for private banking clients. The bank is family-owned and focuses on Swiss clients in the region of Northwestern Switzerland. Scobag accompanies people who value an independent bank and seek personal attention in all matters relating to wealth. The services mainly include wealth management, tax advice, inheritance and pension planning. The bank does not engage in any lending business.

Reason for membership with SSF

Responsible investing is a Scobag tradition and has always been important to the bank's owners. We apply our own sustainability analysis in asset management. This involves taking the ESG factors into account from the beginning of the investment process when selecting direct investments or collective investments. In addition, we also work with clear exclusion criteria for both equities and bonds. In order to give the subject even more weight and to improve our know-how, we have decided to obtain SSF membership.
