General description of organisation
The Pension Fund of F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd is intended to protect the employees of the sponsoring company and of companies which are closely affiliated with it either commercially or financially against the financial consequences of a loss of earnings due to age, death or disability. It was established on 1 January 1921. In accordance with its sustainable investment strategy, the pension fund assesses not only economic criteria, but also ecological, social and governance aspects when making its investments.
