SSF and ASIP simplify ESG reporting with a joint questionnaire
In Switzerland, residential and commercial property accounts for around a quarter of national CO₂ emissions. Real estate investors therefore have considerable influence in helping to achieve Switzerland’s climate targets. Transparent data on climate and other sustainability factors form the basis for continuous improvement. For the ‘Standard ESG Questionnaire for Real Estate Vehicles 2026’, SSF has worked closely with ASIP for the first time this year to provide a standardised questionnaire and to facilitate data collection for both direct and indirect real estate investors.
