Standard ESG-Questionnaire for Direct Real Estate Vehicles 2025
On 29 October we published the updated “Standard ESG-Questionnaire for Direct Real Estate Vehicles”. Launched in 2024, the questionnaire has been revised based on feedback gathered in summer 2025 and just in time for the new reporting cycle. This updated version simplifies the exchange of ESG information between indirect and direct real estate investors, covering areas such as sustainability strategy, environmental indicators, and reporting standards. SSF Newsletter December 2025: Moving Together
Our President, Patrick Odier, took a step back and let the year 2025 pass revue. Although, sustainable finance had to fight some head winds he concludes that the Swiss market has grown again and improved its structures. Launch of Swiss Impact Investing Map
SPII conducted their first SPII Community Webinar. The purpose of the series is to create a networking space, discuss the latest developments in the impact investing ecosystem, and present recent updates from the SPII. On the same day, the SPII website went live, serving as an information hub. At the centre of attention was the newly introduced Swiss Impact Investing Map, created by SFG and iGravity with support from SECO.

On 26 August, SSF, together with McKinsey and SIX, hosted a high-level conference on carbon markets. The event highlighted how Switzerland’s innovative negative-emission technologies are opening new investment opportunities and driving the transition to a sustainable economy. Leading voices explored themes such as innovation in carbon markets, ensuring credibility, and positioning carbon markets as a growing investment opportunity.
